None of this is news to me. It might be to you. And don't think you won't find similar stories on the democrats either. this is how it works and has worked for a long time. If you look at the US constitution( I keep it in my palm and look at at least once a week) you will find that we the people were never meant to actually select the president. we would select some people we trusted and then send them off to washington to select the president. They were to be honorable people who held no public office. I think that might be preferable to the way we buy and sell elections now. If you want to know who elects your president the answer is to follow the money. Soft money especially. this is why they gutted McCain in public. He wanted to end this practice. Accepting campaign donation bit him in the ass once and somewhere along the line he decided it was wrong.

It is Wrong

But it is how it is. And no matter who wind up as president the thing we all should take away from this is that It doesn't matter that much who you choose as president.
